A Fistful of Stamps encourages self expression, liberty and freedom!  You may use our stamps on any hand stamped project for both personal and business use.  Our only restriction is that any items created with A Fistful of Stamps Rubber Stamps Image must be HAND STAMPED. 

All Electronic reproduction, photocopies, or other printing and digital reproduction techniques are prohibited, except where specifically authorized by contract. Please be respectful of our artists intellectual property rights by HAND STAMPING all of your art work!

As a reward you can become part of our Stamp Posse: We'll display your hand stamped images on our website. If you sell products featuring A Fistful of Stamps Images such as cards, gift boxes, or other items we will display your contact information and pricing along with your hand stamped artistic images.

    We request that any artwork or project created with a Fistful of Stamps image that will be sold, include appropriate credit and copyright information on the catalog or internet site.   We don't need to muck up your artwork with a copyright, but an acknowledgement and copyright should be placed on your catalog or website.   We'll return the favor... link to us and we'll link back!

We do not share demo- graphic or other personal information.

   For security purposes we do track IP addresses of our website visitors and our online customers.   Additionally, our PayPal business partner also tracks some security information on their server.

Some personal data remains in our records for customer service purposes.   This includes records of purchases, e-mail, invoices, customers addresses for both billing and delivery, and the last four digits of the account number of the payment method used for your purchase.

Specific account data is purged from our system shortly after your transaction is made.

If you are not satisfied with our stamps for any reason just return the unused stamps within 10 days of receipt and we will either refund or exchange your stamps for new ones.    A Fistful of Stamps reserves the right to determine whether items shall be replaced, or a refund will be issued.  

In the event that an incorrect item is sent to you please contact us.   We'll exchange or replace the item as needed.  If you return or exchange an item, the cost of shipping the return item will be at customers expense.

If the item we shipped is correct and you simply do not wish to keep it, you will be responsible for return shipment costs.  Please assure appropriate insurance coverage for the returned items since your credit card will be charged for any damages incurred during shipment.  Items that have been used will not be accepted if returned.

Your credit card transactions are completed using our secure server with high level data encryption.   Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) is used to give you the highest level of security for all your online transactions on this website, or KGB affiliate websites.   All of your personal data that is transmitted to our server via the internet is encrypted for your security. 

For additional security, the billing address on file with your credit card must match your  payment address that is on file with the bank or card issuing company. 

 For your convenience, a separate shipping address option is available.    Credit card orders are subject to automated address verification protocols (AVS).

All shipping fees are added at time of sale using the United States Postal Service as a the preferred  shipper.   Depending on size or weight of purchase, or for an international order we may use FedEx, DHL, or UPS or an alternate carrier as needed.  If you wish to use a different shipping company or special shipment terms, please call us to arrange shipment terms.    Additional shipping charges may apply.
 

Please inspect all shipments you receive carefully before accepting delivery of them in order to place any damage claim with the shipper for shipper caused damages. A Fistful of Stamps cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. 

Shipping rates:    Our website now calculates shipping charges within the United States based on USPS Priority Mail as the shipping option.     Packages are shipped using Delivery Confirmation, tracking numbers will be provided to customer when package is shipped.     Our handling and packaging fees are included in this charge.
